We are the official USSF affiliated soccer referee organization
for the state of Washington and are responsible for the administration of the USSF National Program for Referee development, including Registration, Instruction, Mentoring and Assessment within the State of Washington in the northwest corner of the continental United States.
 This Site should be thought of as a never ending project that reflects the SRC's operations. Thus, while much of it is in a production mode, there are also areas that we are working to improve and enhance. Check back with us periodically and watch for individual announcements, etc. under What's New? at the right of this Home page for when new functions come available.
If you are new to our Site, you can navigate throughout the pages on our site by clicking on the text hyperlinks that appear like this or on any of the active Graphical elements. The entire site's contents can be browsed by clicking on the key areas listed at the left of every page (the Site's "expanding Table of Contents"). You can also return to this Home Page at any time by clicking on the SRC Logo you see in the upper left corner of each page. We hope you are successful in locating the information you seek from the SRC and your visit to our site is productive.

ARA meeting on January 18 from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at the Tukwila Comfort Suites Hotel, just outside the entrance to Starfire Soccer Complex. THis follows an Instructor/Assessor clinic with Tomas Bobadilla, former FIFA AR and current SRA for Cal South (from 9:00AM to 2:00PM).
This will be your chance to find out about the major revisions to the WASRC website. As ARA's, you work with the site and want to have it be more effective for you and your association/chapter, so January 18 is as a must date on your calendar! For details, go to

Referees must register for 2009 before they can work any matches, but due to the weather conditions and with all the last minute efforts to get officials registered and ready for state cup, registration late fees will not take effect until February 1.

PLAN AHEAD! Registration for 2009 will begin September, 2008. You have until December 31, 2008 to complete your hours, fitness (grade 7 and up) and written test! If you have not registered by 12/31/2008, you cannot be assigned games in the new year.  DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE WITH US SOCCER! The only exception are national referees, national candidates, national assessors and national instructors.
